Step 2 - Preparation & Payment

• After you submit your tax filing request, we’ll send you an estimated invoice.

• Once your payment is received, one of our tax specialists will begin reviewing your documents and preparing your return.

• Please note: The average processing time is 1–3 business days after the payment is received, though it may take longer during peak tax season.

Step 3: Review & E-File

• When your return is ready, we will contact you to review it together. You’ll then be able to sign electronically to finalize the process.

• Once we receive your signed T183 form, your return will be e-filed. Your income tax package will be made available through your client portal.

• If e-filing is not possible, we will email you the CRA copy for paper filing.
